Yes, Allure Homme has been reformulated since it was released in 1999. But it’s still unmistakably Allure Homme. When I’ve worn them side by side, the older version developed faster and changed more. The newer version makes the top notes last longer. Firstly, was it reformulated? I have a bottle that says Eau De Toilette Concentree, and I am currently looking to acquire one from a Facebook group, but his says Eau De Parfum at the bottom.
