Hi, this is my first post here on this forum, but recently I tried out the current iteration of YSL's LNDL, and it was probably one of the nicest fragrances I've ever smelled. I heard around the forum and the internet that the vintage version and original formulation (2009-2010) was the best version, and I was hoping to get my hands on it.
YSL La nuit de l'homme is still good in 2020. Although it has been repeatedly criticized for poor performance on various forums and YouTube videos, I actually get amazing longevity out of this fragrance. I had listened to the constant hate it received and figured it would not last more than 3 hours as commonly stated.
It’s pretty close to the La Nuit de L’homme and performance is much better. Also, if you like La Nuit de L’homme, check out some of its flankers, meaning spin-offs. L’Intense is my favorite, and Le Parfum is also very good. This dense and refined version of the original La Nuit De L’Homme is perfect for date nights. It is sensual, attractive, and perfectly sophisticated making it a perfect option for a signature scent. - YSL L’Homme Libre – 2011. This energetic fragrance is very different than the others in this line. Its spiciness is much fresher making it . As I am getting down to my last few sprays of La Nuit de L'Homme EDT by Yves Saint Laurent from 2010, I am thinking of getting another bottle.
