This is usually cheaper and quicker, you get a warranty but NOT a warranty card from Rolex. If you go directly through Rolex, expect to pay at least 0 for a basic service. Before any work is completed, Rolex will send you an estimate of both required (movement parts, crown and tube parts, broken crystal, etc.) and optional items (dial, hands, bracelet).
