omega seamaster clasp spring replacement | watchuseek Seamaster spring replacement omega seamaster clasp spring replacement The clasp on my trilogy reissue Seamaster lost its springiness a while back, and thus the clasp would open without touch. I purchased a new spring from Ofrei and although the ref. TI-1504 bracelet clasp on the ref. 2298.80 appears to utilize a spring different than the OP's bracelet, the replacement procedure is identical. The clasp on my trilogy reissue Seamaster lost its springiness a while back, and thus the clasp would open without touch. The spring is super easy to replace like a 15-20 dollar part I believe. You just have to get the pin holding the contraption out and then there is a base plate and a spring you unload. Snap in the new one and reinstall. I have been trying to find "how to" guides for spring replacement but all those I see on YouTube involve pushing a pin out on the clasp. Mine has no pin. I don't see how I would access the spring to replace it.

Last time I bought a rubber strap and deployant clasp from them the gave me an orange Seamaster style loupe. Boutique service is always excellent too. Called the boutique and they said they only sell the complete clasp.Omega Complete Service Available.
