I did a FTP test for my birthday! I completed the Build Me Up program and increased from 163 to 211, whilst losing 10kg over the 12 weeks :)

I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead . First episode of my new program for this month! I finish the 2021 2 week shred on Jan 30 (i’m on day 12 of 14 today).
